Good news! Great meeting with our neurosurgeon, Dr. McGregor. He was so excited to see Mr. Bichler that he gave him a big hug. Guess he looked a lot better today than he did back on December 30 during his surgery. He also said it is time to put the skull bone back in place. The surgery will only require a 2 night stay. The office will call us tomorrow to schedule the cranioplasty. Once the bone is back in place, Mr. B won't have to wear his helmet any more. Now, that really is good news. The only bad news today was that we had to wait nearly 4 hours to see the doctor. Tomorrow it is back to out-patient physical therapy! Have to get strong for the up coming surgery.
