Friday night Evelyn and Sara came up to spend the weekend after they finished up at Day Care. Sara is working part time at the day care where they are sending Evelyn. When the position opened up, Sara applied and got the job. She likes that it is so close to home. We spent our Saturday at Home Depot and the Orchard near Canaan school on Rt. 42. We didn't pick apples but did buy a peck and a gallon of apple cider. Couldn't believe that a gallon of cider was $8. Wow! Evelyn and her Pop Pop enjoyed the day and the weather really cleared so it turned out to be a beautiful fall day.
I am writing this post from Dubois, Pennsylvania where Sharon and I will be working for the next few days. This time though, instead of tearing things out, we get to help put things back. I think we are going to be spackling and priming drywall. I'll post more when we finish up tomorrow.
