May 10- Lily's Birthday/Luke's T-Ball Game

Wednesday we left for Dover, Delaware. The occasion was Lily's 4th birthday. There was one little twist this year, we took Evelyn with us. She is an excellent traveler and we easily made it in time for the family party at Chuck E Cheese.

On Friday we drove down to Rehoboth Beach. The weather has been cooler than usual for this time of the year.  it did clear up and the temperatures got up near 70 by late afternoon. The kids all had a great time and Trish and Ed were able to get a lot of party preparations done without kids around.

This morning we watched Luke play in his T-Ball game and Lily's Birthday party was at 1. The party was well attended and the rains stayed away so we were able to spend most of the day outside. It was quite the celebration made even sweeter knowing that Lily won't be having regular scans any more. The girls were so cute doing their karaoke with the Frozen soundtrack. We are exhausted but it was a great day. So much to be thankful for!
