Thursday March 5th

Mr. Bichler is once again out of surgery, they had room in the morning so he went to surgery around 9.  They suctioned the fluid out and added a drain so hopefully we won't have any more problems.  He will be staying in the SICU (Surgical Intensive Care Unit) so they can monitor his status post surgery. The doctor was pleased with the outcome of the surgery and we will be sure to keep you updated as we get more information.

    Carol: I said a prayer for you yesterday, asking God to give you a nudge if he thinks you should be bringing Andy back to the doctor or hospital. Obviously, God had answered my prayer before I said it. PTL! I will continue with the prayers for both of you.

    Carol and girls,
    So sorry that you are experiencing another new challenge. We feel confident that Andy will be bouncing back again soon. Long recoveries are never without bumps, unfortunately. He has come SO FAR that this will not keep you guys down for long. All the staff members are pulling for you too. We all miss Andy SO much at school and Rick and I are looking forward to seeing you again very soon. Carol, we know your faith is sustaining you, and prayers are with you from our house daily. We love you guys.
